There are no formal prerequisites for CCIE Collaboration v3, but you should have a thorough understanding of the exam topics before taking the exam.
CCIE candidates are recommended to atleast one to two years of experience with designing, deploying, operating and optimizing collaboration technologies and solutions prior to taking the exam.

Retake Policy:
Students can retake the class, same version only, at no cost and based on seat availability. We require 4 weeks cancellation notice. No shows and last minute cancellations will forfeit free retake policy.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. You will be issued a credit. There is no expiration for the credit. You can take the class at a different date or location at no additional cost. We need a minimum of two weeks notice for postponing the class.

Rohit Pardasani founded ACIT in 1998 and the company continues to revolutionize the way engineers prepare for the prestigious CCIE Lab certification. Rohit has been in the networking industry for more than 20 years, with a focus on Cisco networking for the past 18 years. Rohit not only brings his years of teaching experience to the classroom, but also years of real world enterprise and service provider experience. Rohit has assisted hundreds of engineers in obtaining their CCIE certification. Rohit has been conducting CCIE RS, CCIE Sec, CCIE SP and CCIE Collaboration for Cisco

Chris is currently a professional services Sr. Solutions Consultant out of Australia and brings over 15 years of experience in Systems, Storage, Network, Security, and Collaboration. Chris also holds over 20 I.T. industry certifications across Linux and Cisco Technologies. Chris has won both the ANZ Solutions Delivery Award in 2014 and the ANZ Technical Excellence Award in 2016 at Cisco Live Melbourne. Currently Chris contributes to both the CCIE Collaboration and CCIE Security training for ACIT. Chris is also an active Cisco Champion and Cisco Spark Ambassador.
